Returns
Product returned to Scarred Rubber for size change will be charged shipping fees ONLY. Product returned for another style or color will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee plus shipping.

Product may be accepted for credit or exchange at our discretion and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

All returns must be authorized by Scarred Rubber. Product without a return authorization will be refused.

ALL MADE-TO-MEASURE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

Cancellations
Cancellation of your order may be subject up to a 50% processing charge.

Processing and Security
Every order is checked for authentication and may go through additional security measures with all banks involved in the transaction. Your billing address, shipping address, and phone numbers have to match with the credit card companies information for orders to be processed. This is done for security reasons to prevent fraud. You will be responsible for all charges incurred. Your order may be subject up to a 50% processing charge. Orders may be cancelled at our discretion if they do not meet or pass security criteria.
